I know it's been quite a long since I came back here. But, I am sure the delay is worthy now since this post will speak of a multi-faceted and a rather multi-lingual personality who belonged to our class. Appearance is deceptive. This holds true when it comes to Sunil. So, don't jump to conclusions just by glancing at the picture I've used. He is a person always surrounded by mysteries. Nobody knows what his hands are after but one can be sure he is always up to something. Everything he does looks futile. But, at the end of the day, you will have a boy who manages to pull up something interesting out of the bag. The reason why I called him multi-lingual is he not only speaks in languages which he is proficient in but also handles unknown languages with great ease, though you won't understand what comes out of his mouth. Even if it is going to be the language which he is totally accustomed to, believe me, you can easily keep a count of the meager number of words you can assume to have understood. This doesn't mean he is an intellectual talking about rocket science. If you have had any conversational experience with this brain-boy, you might understand what I am talking about. One of his traits which can never be forgotten is the way he speaks in our Thai mozhiyam Tamizh. He is uncontrollably too strict in following the language rules. Pauses and breaks are indispensable since they form the lifelines of a language. Although he looks lifeless in the class (I know I am not supposed to talk about this. I know. I know.:-P), he always wishes to add his fair share to the life of the language we speak. If you get a chance, start with a topic that gains his interest. The very next second you would find him start off with a jerk which might even break your bones if you ever attempt doing that. If you are still psychological stable, listen to the way he speaks his mind. You will find him talking not more three than words at a stretch. After that, he will take some rest for which he breaks the conversation for few seconds that might make you feel he is done with his part of the conversation. Wait! You're wrong! He has still got something to tell you. In fact, he has got more words for you. And obviously, more breaks. Don't interrupt him or you would have to listen to him forever! Let him speak. He has just put his mind to rest. There is nothing uncommon in finding people who watch their words. But, a human who watches each and every letter that comes out of his mouth can hardly be spotted. I found one in my class and that is Sunil. I've pretty good experiences working with him. Recently, we were working on some blogs and I was wondering what he was really trying to do. Later, I realized he is so much interested in web designing and stuff which were totally new to me and I am still a flat illiterate in this aspect. I even spent time on his sites which are customized parallel to his taste. They looked so professional. That is when I understood 'Appearances are deceptive'..:-P. He has really got stuff. He is one of those harmless boys in the class who can never take any stand in any of the groups in the class. Thus, it becomes easy for him to celebrate smooth relationships with everyone in the class. I've seen him many times preparing for the CAT test than for college examinations, which isn't surprising when you're an I.C.E student. There are speculations regarding him becoming a part of CTS which never put off the fire within this lion hearted language lopper. Some say the Interviewer who Sunil encountered went to a state of complete bewilderment after listening to what this boy replied and he had nothing on his mind while evaluating Sunil which went on to add to the advantage of Sunil. But, my assumption on this matter is that the interviewer would have known that all the flesh that was missing outside might be accumulated in his head. Sunil, don't worry. We're on the same boat.:-P I'll be going completely pointless if I don't talk about his batting skills in cricket. He will be our opening batsman for almost any match we play. I never knew he could bat well until I saw him playing. When we all started lauding him, his Cricketer mentality pulled him down from performing well after which he turned his attention to bowling. This was when we felt he performed comparatively well as a batsman. It's always better to forget the bitter part of the tale.:-P He is everything while playing cricket. He has been the umpire, the leg umpire, the batsman, bowler, keeper, fielder and even ball-boy. There is no role he hasn't played when it comes to cricket. And he voluntarily accepts to perform all these tasks. The best thing about his legs is that they start paining when we are the fielding side. But, the pain vanishes as soon as we start batting. This reflects his love for the game! His patience adds to his positives. He once wanted me to do a task and he kept pushing me for the next 10 days though the task was very small that it didn't take more than 10mins for me to complete it. He sounded the same in all those 10 days and he was never found slopping his temper around. In short, Sunil is highly expressive and lively when it is least required and totally lifeless at times when one should really be responding energetically. So you can always expect the unexpected when he is around you. He has done a great job by choosing a name similar to his character for one of his sites. Graviora Manent. Get in touch with him for the meaning. He quoted 'Danger Awaits' as its meaning. I don't know where he searches for such names which definitely a common man would not understand or would have heard of at all. After all, Sunil is all about confusing even the most stable people..:-P But still he is a youngster with weird ideas and concepts that might look meaningless now but would definitely be fruitful in the future. With what he is now, I can tell for sure he would be the master of his own world of creativity and innovation. :-)

Bhinesh A.K.A The Drawer A.K.A Proxy..
We have played so many cricket matches together in the past and he says he is known for his performances as a bowler in the matches he played with his friends in the same locality as he is. He proved his worth as a bowler so many times and that is the reason why he is celebrated as the deadliest bowler in the department. :-P Being the best in the business is never so easy and moving on with that title as long as others know you is a tougher job. Bhinesh managed to do that and has always managed to stick on to his line. When I say line, I also meant his unique line of thoughts which may look absurd and senseless but in the end, everything he did appears so sound. There is a part of Bhinesh dedicated to academics. He is an utter perfectionist that he doesn't want to see even the slightest defect in his work. Who said appearance is deceptive? Even if it's the first time you're meeting him, you can easily tell what kind of a person he is. He is one of those smart kids in the block who never finds any difficulty in planning his tasks. Sincerity in this guy runs very high that he would be the first person to submit any assignment that means nothing for most of us. But, as far as he is concerned, academics should get the first priority. In a class filled with people who care the least for exams, he succeeded in standing firm on his idea when it came to academics and he never took a chance in this matter. I sometimes wonder why he has not decided to sue yahoo for using an image that symbolizes a nerd which closely resembles Bhinesh. :-P But, there is something very peculiar about Bhinesh. He has a lose grip on his temper and I have found him going berserk at times. You should try experimenting with his temper. You need not do anything other than hitting him on the head and the immediate reaction you would receive is a flat slap or reciprocation of what you did but with a bigger magnitude. Only very few people have the maturity to forget the misunderstandings with their friends fast before time separates them. He is one of those few and it has always been easy for me to get along with him comfortably even after few serious issues which never looked serious with Bhinesh involved in them. If you think relationships need leverage for frustrations and misinterpretations, try Bhinesh's companionship for he would offer everything that a relationship needs to thrive well. I couldn't think of a Bhinesh without books. So, I feel whatever I talk about him should go with the presence of books. To be precise, it's not books. It should be photocopies of books. His motto when it comes to photocopies is 'Photocopies for those who pay money’. We hardly relied on books to complete Engineering. Every time we get into a book hunt, it will be Bhinesh who comes up with a question 'Who needs the photocopies of this book? Pay the money and get it or get lost'. :-P All that one could find on the last pages of his notebooks is lists of names and subjects' names at the top. He is so selfless that sometimes he goes to the extent of paying for other's photocopies. And he is so conscious of what he is doing and gives attention to whatever happens around him and makes sure that he gets back what he paid for others :-P After all, that is not what is to be highlighted here. His timely help is all that is to remembered and appreciated. Without his photocopy favors, most of us wouldn't have managed to come successfully out of Engineering. Personally, I wouldn't have understood what Engineering is all about. Honestly, my understanding of engineering is no different from that now :-P That was just an exaggerated statement to make you understand he gets us all the essential photocopies. People are mixtures of few characteristics and he is a mixture of many. Sometimes brilliant, sometimes funny, sometimes annoyed. But, he would never be found too serious about things that happen around him. He drops the bitter occasion right at the moment and drains it into the past and makes sure that it doesn't affect his relationships with people around him. He is admired for his confidence though he appears timid. Anyone would readily add his name to the list of people who're trustworthy. None of us would forget the days when he stood in front of the board and made graceful movements using his lips and finally called it a seminar.

Hariharan A.K.A Harry Peter..
We often say that animation gives life to everything artificial and lifeless. But, only one character on this earth can feed animations with life and that is Mr.Hariharan. He will always be completely animated. No matter whether he is tensed, sad, happy or excited you can always find him doing which most people don't dare to do. I find many people inclined completely to sentiments and emotions. This guy is one of a kind. I've never found him attaching great importance to sentiments. But, when it comes to emotions, he outruns almost anyone in this world. Big is the exact word that describes him. His reactions for even the smallest of issues would be so dramatic, extravagant and BIG. Though he is quite shrewd, his inquisitiveness pushes most of us to the edge and we will be keener in running away from him than giving appropriate responses to his inexplicable questions. He is a man of a wide knowledge base under his head. Throw a topic at him and you will find him talking about it at least for the next couple of hours. If you don't stop him, you might be required to listen to whatever he speaks from Mangayarkarasi to

Vishnuvarthan A.K.A Chithappa..

As soon as you enter our class, if you find a boy standing up to show the usual respect to staff members, that would be Vishnu. Because he was the only one who respected the staff members when we were a part of the college. I don't know how or why we started calling him Chithappa/Sithappu. Though, he became a part of us only at the beginning of 2nd year, I now feel like I've spent with him as much time as I did with other friends in my class. Anyone would feel that way because he is such a wonderful person to be with. He is so cool that even when you tell him that tomorrow is the Judgment Day for earth, you would find a smile, very much characteristic of him, creeping up his chin. He has a perfect control over his temper and can make the best 'CONTROL' engineer! When it comes to taking notes, he is way too sincere. I still wonder what he used to take down for I find him writing something even when the board has nothing written on it. I guess he would take down whatever the staff members speak out. If there is a human on this earth who respects Mangayarkarasi, that would be Vishnuvarthan. Vishnu sounds sensible in whatever he speaks. He is one of the best people in the class who could handle relationships tactfully. He never takes advantage of others. Instead, he sometimes goes out of the way to help people, no matter what he means to them. He never projected himself as one of the best students in the class though he really is one. He is known for his simplicity. One can easily find that he is trying to control himself and avoid venting his anger on others just by watching his reactions when you harm him. I once tried doing this. I kept pestering him while he was taking notes. He turned towards me slowly, with his eyes half closed and I was pretty sure he was trying not to bring down his anger upon me. :-P I would never forget his birthday when we went to his place and had a great time. We were so happy to realize that it was really a surprise for Chithappa and what was pending for the day was a bigger amusement. We went to a beach along ECR. Chithappa had a nice time in the water. His age restricted him from spending more time in the water.:-P Nevertheless, he had a great time. We had a great time with him. The only time he would be found losing his cool is when he finds that someone is in trouble. That was the only time I find a raise in his voice. But you should really be careful when you message him for the first time because he would question you in such a way that you will think you have messaged the Director of CBI by mistake. It's very usual to find people asking 'Who is this?' when they receive an anonymous message. But, where in the world would you find someone asking 'Give me your details' as soon as you send him a message? And remember that you're his classmate when you messaged him.:-P Another funny incident, which should actually be called very serious, happened when one of our class boys tried to irritate Chithappu. I don't remember the exact incident now since Chithappa's reaction overshadowed it and in the end it was Chithappa's dialogue that sounded funny which was 'Enakku kovam vanduduna avlavu than'. Lol. :)) The best thing about Chithappa is his mystique smile which would make even his foes forget their stands against him.:-P Most of the times, Vishnu reminds us of 'Vijayakanth'. I personally feel he is an ardent fan of Puratchi Kalignar because his body language is closely related to that of Vijayakanth's.:-P Whatever he is, he is one of the best friends in the block. I've had really great time with him. In fact everybody did. It's very hard to find someone outside your family so caring and affectionate. I am so lucky to have a friend like Chithappu on my side. We all are. It's beyond impossible to carry with you a positive attitude all the time. Chithappu breaks down this statement and always reflects a positive attitude towards the people he loves the most and especially towards his batch-mate who is as brilliant as he is. After all, brains go only with brains.:-P You've been successful so far and I wish to see you bag more success stories in your future, irrespective of your age.:-P Our friendship is destined to stay green forever Chithappu.

Vignesh A.K.A Kuppa..
The reason for me starting with Mr.Vignesh Ramesh is that he was more like a median in our class. He is close to the two hemispheres of the class. He had no difficulty in striking a balance between his relationships with individuals, groups or even the so called 'Gangs'. :-P He attaches equal importance to everyone and a bit extra care for one person he finds so special. And it won't be fair if I reveal the name here. Though his voice sounds hard, he is a soft and an unassuming boy in the class. If I had all the brains that this guy has got, I would imagine myself at the top of the world! If you are longing to see humbleness personified, you should meet Vignesh. I couldn't remove those days from my head when we were sitting together and I loved to disturb Kuppa while he was busy taking notes with utmost sincerity, which was obviously missing in me. :-P At the end of the hour, all that one could find are few scribbling which carried no meaning, very similar to the one found on the walls of the caves where cavemen lived once. Even if I had not disturbed him, his notes wouldn't have been any different from ancient scriptures. Also, I remember the day when he paid some 7k for me after withdrawing money voluntarily from the bank available in the college. He can be counted on when you really need him. There are few things he couldn't stand though his tolerance is very high. You should once try bothering him for a prolonged period of time. You will meet the other side of Kuppa immediately. I made such an attempt and all I had in the end were few really hard blows from him! If you want to encounter a devil under human skin, you should try harassing Vignesh. The best thing about Kuppa is he goes flawless most of the times, except for when he plays cricket. And especially when he bowls, watch out for those deadly deliveries that would pull the life out of you! I'll never forget the game when he gave away 21 runs in the very first over of the match. To compensate for that and to prove his reputation as a forceful bowler, his confidence pushed him to ask for another chance. And this time, it's again the first over of the game. It's again Kuppa who started with the proceedings. And this time, its not 21 but 19 if my memory isn’t proven wrong. What is to be highlighted here is his confidence. Confidence keeps him going. There is something really interesting about Kuppa. It's his smile. And also his laugh. Tell him a really good joke that he finds appealing and you would find

I was thinking of a good topic to blog about. I've heard those who read my blog say that the posts are too long, which I am very much aware of, and that they find it really hard to go through the entire post. I can understand. It's not easy to spend a considerable amount of time reading a post. What I find interesting might not lure all the readers. After all, opinions do differ. Now, this being the situation, I've decided to blog about some people who are held very close to my heart. I am pretty sure that when people read what others think about them, they would be really thrilled and feel ecstatic. That is the very purpose of my blog. I should not forget to state that the blog I am planning to create is meant only for two things, which are fun and only fun. I know few people who take everything to their heart though they appear highly matured and project a flamboyant stature. People, please note that THIS BLOG WHICH I AM PLANNING TO POST HERE IS JUST FOR FUN. I want to dig out few things from my heart and fill this blog with whatever I've been holding in my heart all these days for my friends. Once again, IT'S FOR SHEER FUN! I don't know how to explain my point beyond this level to all those who I was talking about. But, my intentions are as pure as a crystal. So, I request you to read my blog as a blog and enjoy everything good told about you and ignore the part that you feel offends you.
